Pear Bread with Oatmeal Streusel

I did not get a picture of this, but it tasted really good. I would give this an 8. My friend Lisa brought this over one night, and I would absolutely make this again.

For the streusel:

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the bread:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
  • ⅔ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup cinnamon chips
  • 1 pear, chopped
