Divine 1-Hour Breadsticks

So these have a lot of potential because you can pair them with any dried herbs or seasonings. Because I was frantically trying to get them up to my in-law's in time for dinner, I didn't have time to add anything to them, so they were lacking in flavor. Next time I will mix the rosemary, garlic, and parmesan right into melted butter and brush it on before baking. These get a 7 and came from melskitchencafe.com.

INGREDIENTS
    Dough:
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 to 4 cups flour, about 15-20 ounces (see note above)
  • Butter and Topping:
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted (for the baking sheet)
  • Dried herbs, garlic salt and grated Parmesan cheese I used garlic powder, rosemary, and Parmesan
