Peanut Butter Cookies

I'm a sucker for peanut butter desserts, so am always looking for the next best recipe. This one was fine, mostly because the cookies were crumbly and a bit dry. I did cut down the peanut butter by 1/2 cup, which is probably why they were a bit dry. They still had good flavor, but definitely weren't my favorite. The official name of the recipe is "The Best Peanut Butter Cookies", but I disagree with that, so they will be known simply as "Peanut Butter Cookies". They get a 6.5 and the recipe came from melskitchencafe.com.
