Teriyaki Salmon

Jared made this the other night  and I really liked it. It had good flavor and adding that much sugar to salmon never hurts. This is actually supposed to be made with broccoli and rice bowls, but we just did with corn and peas. He gave it a 7 and I gave it a 7.5. The recipe came from damndelicious.net.
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger He doubled this
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 (5-ounce) salmon fillets We only used 2 fillets
