Chocolate Crepes
John made these, and they were really good—they get an 8. It was a fun change. Here is the recipe he used, which he sort of just made up based off of his original.
Chocolate Crepes
6 eggs
1 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. baking powder
1 Tbs. vanilla
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 cup oil, 3 Tbs. sugar

ReplyDeleteHe used turbinado sugar as well
ReplyDeleteAdd 1/4 cup butter in addition to the oil, and add 1/4 cup of sugar total per batch. Increase the salt to 1/4 tsp.
