Broiled Shrimp & Broccoli with Spicy Peanut Sauce
This was good—it’s not amazing, but it was a fine weeknight meal. It probably gets a 7. The recipe came from Fine Cooking magazine, and I put my changes below in bold.

Essentially, you roast the broccoli at high heat, like 400 for like 10 minutes, until it is crisp-tender. Then, add the sauce above (combine ingredients and mix it) to the shrimp (thaw it first and drain it if it’s frozen), and then add the shrimp to the pan and broil it on high heat for about 5 minutes. Then, you eat it.
