Chocolate Orange Cake

This was awesome and gets a 9. I actually thought I had messed this up because I used half and half instead of cream in the ganache, so when I poured it over the cake, it looked like it had been doused with chocolate milk. Ganache definitely needs more fat in it to hold any type of texture, so that was my bad. Despite that, it still tasted lovely. The recipe came from glorioustreats.com. Also, I doubled this and made it in 2 round 9-inch cake pans and then just turned it into a 4-layer cake. My changes below are for just one recipe, though, since I figured it would be too confusing to write my changes that I used for a double recipe.
