Tiramisu

I have tried many different kinds of tiramisu, but this was the best, hands down. It gets a 10 and the recipe came from allrecipes.com.


I accidentally bought only half of the ladyfingers that the recipe called for, but it was still great. I more than doubled the rum and coffee syrup, but then only ended up using about 3/4 of it once I realized I didn't have enough ladyfingers. Luckily,  it wasn't soggy, even with half the ladyfingers missing. I basically soaked the ladyfingers, but stopped before liquid started running out of them. I also made this 24 hours before I served it, which really helped with the flavor.
