Pita Bread


This was good and gets a 7. I served them with the gyro recipe you see above and it was tasty. The recipe came from halfbakedharvest.com.

  • 1 cup hot water, but not boiling
  • 2 teaspoons active dry or instant yeast
  • 2 1/2 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
