Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies


These were fine. I gave them a 5 .5 and Jared gave them a 4. The recipe came from laurenconrad.com.

  • 1 cup sugar I used 2/3 C.
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ground cayenne pepper I used 1/4 tsp. and it was plenty hot
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (or substitute chocolate chips)
