Green Chile Chicken Taco Bowls
- Green Chile Chicken Taco Bowls 2 Pounds Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp (or 1 packet) Taco seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Small onion diced
- 3 Cloves Garlic minced
- 1 4-oz Can Diced green chiles
- 1 Cup Salsa Verde We did more than this
- 1 tsp Hot sauce optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
We did 1 tsp. pink salt, a squeeze of one lime at the end, and more oregano.
You put this in the crockpot for a long time. You're welcome. We put ours with rice, pinto beans, avocado, corn, salsa, lettuce, etc. Here is the original recipe.
