Broccoli Chicken Penne


 

My friend gave me this recipe in TX, and we've used a version ever since

Broccoli Parmesan Pasta 

1-2 lb. broccoli

2 pieces grilled chicken, cut into cubes

8 cloves fresh garlic

1 lb. pasta

fresh parmesan cheese

fresh tomato

1/2-1 cup of Italian dressing (we use a homemade version from the Blair's salad, but you could use Olive Garden Italian as well).

You boil the noodles, and then add the broccoli during the last 3-4 minutes so that it is cooked but stays bright green. Drain it all, throw olive oil and garlic on it, add the chicken, put the dressing on it, and top with lots of fresh parm.
