Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins
These weren't awesome, but it's my fault because I cut down the sugar too much. I'm sure they would be just lovely with the amount of sugar the recipe calls for. They get a 5 and the recipe came from chezcateylou.com.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour I used all purpose flour instead
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter (I used Jif)
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar I used 1/3 C. + 2 tsp.
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (I used 2%)
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
