Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins


These weren't awesome, but it's my fault because I cut down the sugar too much. I'm sure they would be just lovely with the amount of sugar the recipe calls for. They get a 5 and the recipe came from chezcateylou.com.

Ingredients 
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour I used all purpose flour instead 
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter (I used Jif)
  • 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar I used 1/3 C. + 2 tsp.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk (I used 2%)
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
