Garlic Naan Bread
John makes this and then grills it outside and it is super quick and so good with garlic butter on top. This is our go to recipe now.
- 2/3 cup Warm Water (about 110 degrees)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast (1 packet)
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (plus more for cooking)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 Tablespoons Melted Butter (for brushing on the top)

He cooks this on the grill as hot as possible, about 500 degrees, one minute per side. Close the lid during the minute. He also uses kefir instead of plain yogurt.
