Lemon Pepper Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

 


I really enjoyed this, especially since I was getting tired of my usual fettuccine alfredo. I swapped out all the butter for oil and it was still plenty rich. I was also low on parmesan cheese since it spilled in the fridge, so it's saying something that it still had good flavor with no butter and less cheese.
