Chocolate-Covered Toasted Coconut Pops

DSC_0109

I found this recipe on Pinterest, and it linked me to a website called anediblemosaic.com. These were not super creamy (there is no dairy), but they were good. I give them a 7.5. Two things—first, you must use full fat coconut milk. I did not do this and I regretted it. Secondly, the chocolate coating is fantastic. Don’t skimp on this.
