Pumpkin Pie Flan
This was okay and gets a 6. It didn't have the nice, smooth texture of regular flan, and instead just tasted like an okay pumpkin pie filling. The recipe came from Fine Cooking.
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup canned solid-pack pumpkin
