Chocolate Raspberry Fondue



So, the flavor on this was amazing, but the texture wasn’t super smooth, I think because of the raspberries. You could maybe add some half and half to thin it out. Also, I wouldn’t add the raspberry stuff until the end

Chocolate Raspberry Fondue

12 oz. dark chocolate
1 1/4 cups cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup fresh raspberry jam
1/4 tsp. raspberry extract/flavoring
handful fresh raspberries
2 T. butter

  1. It works great with half and half, and I would double the amount of raspberry extract and remove the butter. The raspberry flavor comes mostly from the extract, so I decreased the jam probably by half to help with the texture and removed fresh raspberries all together.

    We dip Lorna Doones, the coconut cookies, nilla wafers, pretzels, potato chips, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, bananas, pineapple, marshmallows, and rice krispie treats.
