Chocolate Raspberry Fondue
So, the flavor on this was amazing, but the texture wasn’t super smooth, I think because of the raspberries. You could maybe add some half and half to thin it out. Also, I wouldn’t add the raspberry stuff until the end
Chocolate Raspberry Fondue
12 oz. dark chocolate
1 1/4 cups cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup fresh raspberry jam
1/4 tsp. raspberry extract/flavoring
handful fresh raspberries
2 T. butter
It works great with half and half, and I would double the amount of raspberry extract and remove the butter. The raspberry flavor comes mostly from the extract, so I decreased the jam probably by half to help with the texture and removed fresh raspberries all together.
