Coffee Cream Bars


These were good, but would benefit from a few changes. I doubled this, so had to guess on the baking time. I should have increased the baking time for the graham cracker crust, since it got a bit soggy when it was all assembled. The other parts were good, but I would probably cut down on the amount of chocolate topping. The recipe gets a 7.5, and the recipe came from macheesmo.com.



Crust: 
1 Cup graham crackers, crushed 
2 Tablespoons sugar 
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 
Filling: 
1 Teaspoon gelatin 
2/3 Cup strong coffee I used decaf
8 ounces cream cheese 
1/2 Cup sugar 
2 Eggs 
Pinch of salt 
Chocolate toppings: 
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate 

4 Tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
