Traditional Coleslaw dressing, version 2

I didn’t take a picture of this, but it was fantastic, so use your imagination.

So, this is the best version I have found, and I am done looking. I combined the recipe I got from UVU’s Restaurant Forte with another one online, and this one is great:

 

1/2 cup mayo

1/4 cup sour cream

1 Tbs. of white vinegar

1 Tbs. of sugar (scant)

juice from 1/2 lemon (probably 1 Tbs. at least)

1 clove garlic

1/2 tsp. salt

 

I also added about 1 Tbs. of minced onion to the coleslaw, and that’s a winner as well.
