Pumpkin Fall Freeze
I also got this from my VitaMix recipe book and quite liked it. We both gave it a 7.5.
Pumpkin Fall Freeze
2 Tbs. milk I used about 1/2 C. because it was too thick otherwise.
1/2 C. canned pumpkin
2 Tbs. cream cheese
1/2 C. brown sugar I only used 1/4 C + 1 Tbs.
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice I used 1 tsp.
3 C. ice cubes
Blend all ingredients and serve immediately.
