Chicken Spaghetti with Burrata and Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce

Image
This was awesomely good and my family loved it. I added about 1/2 C. chicken broth (and 1 TBS cornstarch) to the pasta so it wasn't dry. This would be good with spinach or asparagus. I also left the spaghetti out of this.  It gets an 8 and came from juliasalbum.com. Pear and Gorgonzola Salad

Image
This is a good winter salad and everyone seemed to like it. You could swap out the pear for apple or the gorgonzola for blue cheese, so it's nice and versatile.
