Mel's cornbread

 No one in their right mind would want to eat this. I am putting this here for my reference b/c it is a low sugar version I can eat on a regular basis. 

1 cup cornmeal

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup almond flour

1 1/2 T. sugar

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

2 eggs

2 T. butter

6 T. olive oil

1 cup buttermilk


Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
