Walnut Pesto

I forgot to snap a picture of this, but it's pesto, so it pretty much always looks like the same. I like that it was a cheaper alternative to pine nuts and still tasted great. The recipe came from enwnirtition.com.


  • ½ cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • ¼ cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
