Chicken and Potatoes with Dijon Cream Sauce
I really love this meal. It's so comforting and tasty and I just love it. Make sure you use raw chicken instead of an already cooked rotisserie chicken from the store because it just needs time in the oven to soak up all the flavors. I made that mistake and it just isn't as good.
